== Updating BIOSes from Linux ==

 1. Download appropriate CD image from support.lenovo.com
 2. Convert the CD image into a USB-bootable image w/ geleltorito, e.g.

 3. dd the image to a USB stick, e.g.

 4. Reboot machine w/ USB stick inserted. Hit F12 on bootup to see boot menu.
