  • Notify on network connectivity problem
  • Detect when current version is out of date, ask people to refresh
  • Meme graphic generator, in lieu of image uploads
  • "HD mode" for display on a TV/projector during events. Should have larger text, reduced padding, etc.
  • If page is not visible, make an alert sound

Frontend papercuts

  • Age timestamps only change when a new message is received. Need to find something that works w/ Moment.js, or port over jQuery EasyDate.
